I tried to make them all different with unique musatches

Brown Butter Cake

A brown butter cake base, with cream lemon zested cream cheese topping, Finished off with strawberry sauce.

Matcha, Green Tea Cheesecake

Green Tea cheesecake.

This cake is super light, super creamy and has a marshmallow like texture.

I would love to try this again with maybe more layers.

I drew this picture some time ago, and since then I've decided to change the shape from one round cake to small individual squares. I only have about 15 items left to make in my baking experiments. Soon I'm going to re-arrange my menu and start my cake portfolio.

Chocolate moulding experiments

This is my work station while attempting to make white chocolate, with hazelnut cream filling.

Earl Grey Chocolate Mousse Cake

The mousse is made with cream of earl grey tea. with a middle layer of white chocolate cream and cashews.

A dark chocolate brownie on the bottom.

This cake is very creamy and extremely decadent, and tastes sort of like a latte.

The whole cake is finished  off with dark chocolate medallions and white chocolate flowers.
